Can you describe your creative work in a few sentences?

What’s your favourite medium to create with?

My mind and my hands. Other than that, knives, boards, and pots in my kitchen!

Can you share a programme/art supply brand/item you love working with?

My own brand and all the amazing ingredients I use! Special mention to Linnolat chocolate vegan covertures.

Do you create every day? If so, do you have a set time to create?

I am creating every day, I brainstorm new business ideas, flavours, and then put my hands to work producing this yumminess.

Do you have a ritual around creating?

I always start with some organisation, cleaning, good music, and a peaceful environment. A meditative (presence) approach toward production is important for me.

What’s your favourite part about your creative work?

Seeing people’s happiness and satisfaction. I am especially glad to hear I inspire others with what I do and with my story.

What’s your least favourite part about your creative work?

Dealing with difficult and money-driven clients. I love working with like-minded people who understand what I offer and its value. It´s not only a gourmet product, it´s much more than that.

What would you tell your younger self about your creative work?

Start small, play hard, be patient, and believe in yourself. Everything you do, do it from your heart.

Do you create with a certain person/target group in mind?

Yes and no. My product is for everyone, but I love thinking about vegan, healthy, and gluten-free clients when I create my product.
